How much does a damp survey cost?
Our surveys are deliberately low-cost. Get in touch with the address and a little about the problem and we'll give you a price before we book. Outside our main area we add a charge for the extra travel time.
How long does the survey take?
It depends on the size of the property and the problem, but most surveys take about [TO CONFIRM: typical time] on site.
How quickly can you come out?

When will I get the report?

Will you try to sell me treatment?
No. We find the real cause first and tell you plainly what, if anything, needs doing. If work isn't needed, we'll say so.
Does someone need to be at the property?
Yes, we need access to the rooms affected and, ideally, the outside of the building. For rented properties we can arrange access directly with your tenant.
